Mr. Paul Daily of Trout, Louisiana, brought his Wild Horse Ministry to witness to the community of the Monterey area. We saw him take an unbroken, 3-year-old filly and in less than two hours had her saddled and was riding her around the arena. Mr. Daily compared everything he was doing with the horse to his life as he fought against God and then finally accepted the fact that he needed God in his life. It was amazing to watch this horse calm down and accept her "Master."
The program began with prayer and the National Anthem
with Mr. Daily on his horse along with the unbroken
filly.
Devil, the black dog, assisted Mr. Daily as they
worked the horse around and around the pen.
Confidence was built by gentle words and a soft
touch.
After about 2 hours, Mr. Daily saddled up the horse and
eased on to her back. She bucked a few rounds and
then settled into a nice trot around the pen.
Thankfully, this storm cloud skirted
around us all the while putting on a
beautiful lightening show.
